Oxypetalum(Blue star)

I planted Oxypetalum (Blue Star) on the green roof in May.。I had thought that something like a bud had bulged from before. What kind of bud is bursting and seeds are scattered!

Seeds are attached to the tip of the fluff.
The bud before it bursts (the seeds are packed in this). Blooming flowers are morning glory. The white flower in the upper left is Oxypetalum (Blue Star).
